    About the Role

    Home Advantage is seeking a confident, results-focused Part-Time Telemarketer to support our upcoming August campaign. You'll make outbound/inbound calls to qualified prospects and set appointments for our in-home financial consultants:
    • Contract: Approx. 10-15 hours per week for 3 weeks
    • Future campaign work possible for top performers
    • Work from your own home office, anywhere in New Zealand
    Key Responsibilities:
    • Make Outbound calls to warm/cold leads and clients
    • Generate referrals and support sales process
    • Build rapport and explain our services and value
    • Qualify prospects and book appointments
    • Record call outcomes and follow up where needed
    What We're Looking For:
    • A min 2 + years NZ experience in sales, telemarketing, and/or customer service
    • Clear, confident phone manner and excellent communication skills
    • Understanding of the sales process
    • Self-motivated, organised, and results-driven
    • NZ-based with the right to work in NZ
