About the Role
Home Advantage is seeking a confident, results-focused Part-Time Telemarketer to support our upcoming August campaign. You'll make outbound/inbound calls to qualified prospects and set appointments for our in-home financial consultants:- Contract: Approx. 10-15 hours per week for 3 weeks
- Future campaign work possible for top performers
- Work from your own home office, anywhere in New Zealand
Key Responsibilities:- Make Outbound calls to warm/cold leads and clients
- Generate referrals and support sales process
- Build rapport and explain our services and value
- Qualify prospects and book appointments
- Record call outcomes and follow up where needed
What We're Looking For:- A min 2 + years NZ experience in sales, telemarketing, and/or customer service
- Clear, confident phone manner and excellent communication skills
- Understanding of the sales process
- Self-motivated, organised, and results-driven
- NZ-based with the right to work in NZ
