We're on the lookout for a motivated, detail-loving Property Management Assistant to support our small team in delivering exceptional service to property owners and tenants. Who are we? We are a small residential property management company that's been operating successfully in Hawke's Bay for the past eight years. Known for our professional, process-driven approach, we're committed to making property investment a Hassle Free experience for our clients.
What will you be doing as Assistant Property Manager? You'll work closely with the business owner and our admin superstar from our dedicated home office space in Frimley, Hastings. We're a small but efficient team who value trust, flexibility, and a job done well. This role is ideal for someone who would enjoy a mix of in-office organisation and out-and-about property work.
Most of the work is during standard weekday hours, we do require availability for Sunday afternoons each weekend for some viewings (a key part of helping our properties rent quickly and efficiently).
What will your day-to-day look like?:- Attending and reporting on routine property inspections
- Communicating with tenants and owners by phone and email
- Advertising properties and coordinating viewings
- Preparing tenancy documents and compliance records
- Supporting the wider team with general admin and follow-up
