Are you a detail-driven professional with a knack for transforming operational processes into structured systems? Do you thrive on building documentation, policies, and quality frameworks that help manufacturers meet elite industry standards?
We're seeking a Quality & Systems Lead for a short-term contract to help Loadmaster formalise and document our processes in preparation for a major vehicle compliance accreditation. You'll work across manufacturing, installation, and design teams to ensure our procedures are documented, auditable, and ready for external assessment.
What you'll be doing:- Designing and documenting our internal quality management system
- Writing SOPs and policies for manufacturing, installation, and design
- Developing tools for product traceability, non-conformance, and internal audits
- Creating simple workflows for engineering and process approvals
- Assisting in training documentation and building a skills matrix
This is a unique opportunity to take a hands-on role in a fast-growing manufacturing environment, helping us meet the standards required to work with top-tier vehicle brands.
What you'll bring:- Proven experience in quality systems or manufacturing compliance
- Strong understanding of documentation control and process mapping
- Exposure to engineering or automotive/manufacturing industries
- Bonus: Familiarity with ISO 9001, TS16949, or other accreditation frameworks
