    • At Apex Doors, we manufacture and install Commercial Roller Shutters, Sectional Doors, and our latest addition - Series 1 Roller Doors. Based in Christchurch, we're a well-established company known for quality, reliability, and a team culture that sees most of our staff stay with us for the long haul.

    We're currently looking for a hands-on, reliable team player to join our Residential Sectional Door manufacturing team.

    Responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:
    • Assembling residential sectional garage doors using power tools and measuring equipment
    • Reading and working from measurements accurately
    • Taking pride in producing a quality product
    • Collaborating with a small, supportive team
    • Lifting and handling materials - so being physically fit is important
    To be considered for this opportunity, you'll need to demonstrate:
    • Strong work ethic - someone who shows up, works hard, and gets stuck in
    • Common sense and initiative - you can think on your feet and problem-solve
    • Good with people - a solid team player
    • Confident with power tools and tape measures
    • Physically capable and willing to do some lifting
    It's also essential that you have a keen eye for colour. We work with colour steel, and some colours are very similar, so being able to tell the difference is crucial to avoid costly mistakes.
