Key Requirements: To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes:- Previous Experience: Proven experience as a Property Manager.
- The ability to speak fluent Chinese
- Computer Skills: Confident and proficient in utilizing various computer systems.
- Professionalism: Maintain a high level of personal presentation and professionalism.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Organizational Skills: Strong time management and organizational abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
- Pressure Handling: Ability to remain composed under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Advantageous Knowledge: Knowledge in Palace Liquid, Tapi, Inspection Express, or Book Me is considered an advantage.
