    We have an exciting opportunity available for a Customer Care Administrator to join our team in Tauranga Central on a full time basis.

    We're looking for someone who brings more than just experience - we're looking for someone with genuine presence, warmth, and pride in their work.

    This role is ideal for someone who:
    • Comes from a customer service, retail, front of house, reception or office administration background
    • Has a natural ability to make people feel welcome and at ease
    • Takes initiative
    • Thrives in a professional, customer-first environment
    • Demonstrates excellent communication skills and attention to detail
    • Presents themselves with confidence and polish, aligning with a luxury brand
    • Holds at least a restricted drivers licence
    • Is confident using a computer and picking up new systems
    Prior experience with dealership management systems, knowledge of NZTA processes, exposure to service/parts departments within a dealership, or basic automotive knowledge would be helpful however we'll provide full industry specific training to the right candidate.
