About the role
The primary purpose of our Customer Support Centre (CSC) to is take bookings for our Service departments.
Key responsibilities:- Sending regular reminders to customers to help them protect their vehicles by servicing on time
- Taking inbound booking enquiries via phone, email, and our social channels and completing bookings for servicing, WOFs, repairs and recalls
- Maintaining customer records with up-to-date contact information, their contact preferences, and information that helps us best meet their future needs
- Supporting our customers through education to help them get the most out of their products and plans
- Taking opportunities to understand our customers' needs in order to recommend additional products and services that would benefit them
Unlike most contact centre and customer service roles, this position is 40 hours per week, worked between 7.00am and 5.30pm, and you work only 4 days a week, with 1 rostered day off each week (probably Thursday)! Approximately once a month you'll also be rostered on to work 4 hours during the weekend from home, and for that work you'll be paid time and a half!
About you:- We're looking for someone who has previously excelled in a customer services role, preferably in a contact centre
- You're known for your ability to make meaningful connections with people, and you enjoy the chance to problem-solve and think on your feet
- You have outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- You're good with technology and a fast learner
- You're a reliable, resilient, and a good teammate
