    Are you ready to take the next step in your real estate career and lead with impact? Tremains Real Estate is on the lookout for a Sales Manager to guide and support our high-performing teams in Katikati and Ōmokoroa - home to some of the Bay of Plenty’s most successful agents.

    This role may suit an experienced real estate agent who’s ready to take that next step into management and make their mark in a leadership position.

    What we’re looking for:
    • A licensed real estate professional with solid experience in sales
    • Natural leadership qualities - someone others look to for guidance and energy
    • A proactive mindset and a genuine interest in helping others grow
    • A knack for spotting talent and building strong, trust-based relationships
    • Familiarity with the Bay of Plenty property market is a bonus
