    We are currently looking for an organised and experienced Warehouse Inventory Coordinator to join our growing team!

    You will oversee the integrity and accuracy of all inventory across the 3PL warehousing environment. Supporting contract bottling, canning, and temperature-sensitive FMCG operations, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring optimal inventory levels, efficient stock movement, and seamless fulfilment processes. Your role supports both production and outbound logistics with a focus on compliance, traceability, and continuous improvement in inventory controls.

    This will involve:
    • Monitoring inbound/outbound stock and ensuring real-time inventory accuracy
    • Conducting cycle counts and full stocktakes
    • Maintaining records using WMS (CartonCloud) and scanning systems
    • Investigating variances and report findings
    • Supporting FMCG and e-commerce order fulfilment
    • Coordinating with production and warehouse teams for timely dispatch
    • Maintaining compliance with food safety and storage standards (including temperature-sensitive goods)
    • Maintaining warehouse layout for efficiency and cleanliness
    • Training team members in inventory procedures and safe material handling
    • Reporting on customer KPIs and warehouse performance metrics
    To be considered for this position, you will need to demonstrate:
    • Previous experience in inventory control or warehouse coordination
    • Experience with WMS platforms and scanning systems
    • Exposure to FMCG or e-commerce environments is highly regarded
    • NZ Certificate in Distribution (Level 3) or relevant experience preferred
    • Competent with Excel and/or BI reporting tools
    • Physically fit and able to assist with manual handling
    • Great communicator with a proactive, detail-oriented mindset
    • Strong attendance and reliability record
    • Safety-conscious, with a team-first attitude
    • Willing to undergo Criminal History checks as part of the employment process
