Blueline Plumbing is excited to have an Intermediate Plumbing Estimator join our team. If you like the idea of working for a company that values its people, leads by example, and can provide a great variety of work, then this role is for you!
We are located on the North Shore and specialise in all forms of responsive plumbing maintenance, residential newbuilds and commercial builds/fit outs.
You'll be responsible for preparing estimates, tenders, and bills of quantities; managing contracts, variations, procurement; and supporting project decisions.
This is a part time role working approximately 20 hours per week Monday - Friday. There is potential for the role to turn full time in the future.
Key Skills and Experience:- 2+ years in plumbing/project estimation
- Tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying or related
- Strong time management, organization, communication, negotiation, and record-keeping skills
- Knowledge of NZ building codes; adaptable learner
- Ability to manage pressure and meet deadlines
- Experience with Ground Plan Software
