Role Overview: We're seeking a motivated Installer to spearhead our installation projects. This is a unique opportunity to blend your expertise in building or construction with a lifestyle-focused work environment. You will be passionate about high-quality installations and eager to drive forward with your professional development. This pivotal role involves being on the tools and running your own sites and jobs leading another team member and sometimes more, completing final measures, and collaborating closely with our sales managers to ensure seamless delivery to our clients. Work is fast pace, we do not spend to many days on the same site! So expect to be on the move. Dealing with clients is a must as you will be in and out of clients home and properties.

Who We're Looking For:- A quality tradesperson with excellent finishing and eye for detail.

- Someone who enjoys being on the tools and delivering high quality work.
- Background in construction, joinery, metal work, or similar; LBP a bonus.
- Stellar communication skills, crucial for customer interactions.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to excellence.
- Full NZ driver's license - ready to explore Northland and beyond.
