    This isn't a stepping-stone or learning role - it's a fast-paced, high-accountability position where real estate knowledge (preferably licensed), strong initiative, and exceptional communication skills are absolutely essential. You'll be stepping into a well-structured business that needs someone who can take ownership and keep pace without missing a beat.

    What We're Looking For:

    We're after someone experienced, competent, and composed - a professional who thrives under pressure, anticipates needs, and executes at speed. You'll need:
    • Proven EA or operational support experience (ideally 2+ years in real estate or a similar high-performance industry).
    • Excellent written and verbal communication, with the confidence to liaise with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.
    • Strong technical capability, including proficiency across Google Workspace, Adobe Suite (InDesign, Acrobat), and Microsoft Office.
    • A creative and strategic approach to social media and marketing coordination.
    • High attention to detail and a natural drive to keep things running seamlessly.
    • A self-starting mindset - someone who sees what needs doing and gets it done.
    The Role:
    • Supporting day-to-day operations including diary management, client communications, listing prep and team coordination.
    • Overseeing marketing campaigns, branding, and personal profile content.
    • Acting as the right hand to two busy salespeople - keeping them on track and one step ahead at all times.
    • Representing the team with polish and professionalism.
    Flexibility is key - some after-hours work will be required, particularly around launches and campaigns.
