The Opportunity
We're looking for a motivated Used Car Sales Consultant who can build rapport quickly, understand customer needs, and confidently guide them through the buying process. If you're a natural closer with a passion for vehicles - this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities will include:- Welcome customers to the yard and deliver a top-tier experience
- Match buyers with the right used Ford, Mazda, or other quality pre-owned vehicles
- Handle inquiries via walk-ins, phone, and online platforms
- Assist with trade-ins, finance applications, and delivery coordination
- Keep updated on vehicle specs, features, and stock availability
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
What You Bring:- Sales experience (automotive experience preferred but not essential)
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- A passion for vehicles and helping people
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with CRM systems and digital tools
- Full, clean NZ driver's licence
- Positive attitude, reliable work ethic, and a team-first mindset
