    About the Role

    Due to continued growth in the region, we are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Field Service Technician to join our Hamilton-based team.

    This is a varied and dynamic role that will see you working across a range of industries, servicing and supporting our quality equipment brands both in the field and in our workshop.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Service, repair, install and commission diesel generators, rotary-screw & reciprocating air compressors, and Karcher industrial cleaning equipment
    • Diagnose faults and perform preventative maintenance on-site and in our workshop
    • Provide exceptional customer service and technical support
    • Complete accurate service reports and documentation
    • Participate in after-hours breakdown support on a rostered basis
    What You Will Bring:
    • Mechanical and/or electrical trade background
    • Proven diagnostic and fault-finding ability
    • Team player with a positive, can-do attitude
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Full Class 1 NZ driver's licence
    • Limited Electrical Licence (EST) or Electrical Registration desirable but not essential
