    An opportunity has recently become available for a Sales and Digital Communications Coordinator to join our team based in Waiuku.

    This graduate-level role provides a unique opportunity to develop both sales administration and digital communication skills in a growing, purpose-driven business. You will be responsible for supporting our sales function with efficient administrative support while helping to plan, create, and manage Future Post's digital presence.

    This will involve:
    • Providing administrative support to the sales team, e.g. data entry and management of the recycle inbox.
    • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions.
    • Assisting in event coordination and preparation.
    • Supporting stock count accuracy and inventory management.
    • Assisting in the creation and execution of digital marketing campaigns (e.g., email, social media, paid ads).
    • Supporting the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns across platforms (e.g. email, social media, paid advertising).
    • Scheduling and publishing content across key digital channels including LinkedIn, Facebook, and newsletters.
    • Using analytics tools to monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations.
    • Staying current with industry trends and contribute creative ideas to enhance Future Post's digital visibility and engagement.
    We are looking for an enthusiastic self-starter who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and is passionate about sustainability, customer engagement, and digital storytelling.

    To be considered for this position, you will need to demonstrate:
    • A recent graduate in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Experience with or willingness to learn tools like Canva, Mailchimp, and basic analytics platforms.
    • Familiarity with social media platforms and a good understanding of digital marketing fundamentals.
    • Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
    • An interest in sales processes and customer relationship management.
