Southern Motor Group are growing and currently looking for a Sales Support person to join their busy team in Dunedin.
Working with high profile brands like Audi, Volkswagen, Skoda, Subaru, Haval, Jaecoo, Omoda and our Used vehicle selection, we need someone who has a can-do attitude to accomplish success for the dealership.
This role is diverse, you will need to be a great multitasker with exceptional communicational skills. We are looking for someone that wants to step a foot in the door to the automotive industry.
Daily duties will include however are not limited to:- Ensure compliance with relevant company policies, procedures, and requirements
- To provide backup to other team members during periods of pressure and/or absence
- Supporting the sales team with the preparation of vehicles sale
- Delivery of vehicles which can include car grooming
- Responsible for advertising of vehicles on TradeMe
We are looking for someone to be our go-to person for all overflow of sales and other departments within the company.
On the job training will be provided however, to succeed in this position, you will need to have:- Outstanding people skills including with team members and customers
- Positive mindset and the ability to work as part of a team
- Willingness to go above and beyond to provide exceptional support to the team and customers
- Technically savvy, someone who can quickly acquire and develop new skills
- A full and clean driver's licence is essential
We are looking for a team player, someone who is willing to help in all aspects of sales. You will also need to be organised and hardworking and enjoy a variety of tasks, providing support to keep a busy dealership running smoothly.
