About the Role:
We're seeking a Group Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing strategies across multiple automotive brands at our four South Island Dealerships. This role is perfect for a digital-savvy marketer with strong project management skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment. A key focus of the role is driving lead generation in close partnership with the sales team, while also working with other areas of the business to support broader business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Marketing & Campaign Execution
- Drive and manage daily digital marketing efforts across social, email, and website channels. - Plan and execute email marketing (eDM) and CRM campaigns, with support from the team. - Oversee social media content calendars, working alongside the team. - Run paid digital campaigns across Meta, Google Search, and occasionally display advertising. - Create and manage traditional marketing, including print advertising and other media buying. - Content Creation & Brand Alignment
- Create and maintain master marketing assets using Adobe Suite and Canva. - Adhere to strict distributor brand guidelines (CI). - Website & SEO Management
- Manage performance, SEO, analytics, and content updates across five company websites to ensure top user experience and visibility. - Stakeholder & Distributor Engagement
- Manage key relationships with stakeholders and distributors. - Develop and deliver quarterly and annual marketing plans, including rebate strategies, ensuring alignment with budget, activity goals, and performance KPIs. - Events & Promotions
- Event management and lead activations with support from internal brand managers. - Marketing Systems & Operations
- Oversee and maintain a range of marketing tools and platforms. Who You Are:- A proactive and versatile marketer with well-rounded experience across digital marketing, CRM, events, and content creation.
- Skilled in lead generation, with a strategic mindset focused on driving engagement and growth.
- Confident operating independently while effectively managing multiple projects and deadlines.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and WordPress (Elementor), with a strong eye for design and user experience.
- An excellent communicator who can confidently work with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders.
- Both analytical and creative, with a passion for optimising processes and ensuring brand consistency.
- Experience in the automotive industry is an advantage, but not essential.
