    We are currently seeking a Practice Administrator to support our team and help ensure the smooth running of our business operations and project delivery processes.

    This is a part time opportunity working 16 - 24 hours per week over 2 or 3 days.

    As Practice Administrator, you will play a key role in the day-to-day administration, finance, and project support functions of the consultancy. This includes general bookkeeping, contract administration, and supporting our project managers in delivering successful outcomes. You'll work across a range of business systems and take part in initiatives that help the practice run efficiently and effectively.

    Key responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:
    • Manage accounts payable, payroll, and bookkeeping using Xero.
    • Administer project delivery systems, including Harvest, SharePoint, and other digital tools.
    • Assist project managers with contract preparation and administration.
    • Oversee project setup, document control, and delivery workflows.
    • Coordinate subconsultant engagements, agreements, and invoicing.
    • Support timely and accurate client invoicing and financial reporting.
    • Manage office operations including insurances, licenses, subscriptions, and assets.
    • Maintain health & safety documentation, including hazard registers and incident logs.
    • Contribute to digital marketing efforts and help manage social media presence.
    • Keep the company website updated with relevant content.
    • Support the development of proposals, capability statements, and staff CVs.
    • Draft and manage client service agreements and subconsultant contracts.
    • Support staff onboarding and coordinate performance reviews.
    • Assist with staff development, training, and wellbeing initiatives.
    • Maintain project forecasts and contribute to regular business reporting.
