    • Engage customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences.
    • Knowledge of our brands is an advantage, but any dealership experience will be considered.
    • Lead the customer journey from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover, ensuring an outstanding experience at every stage.
    • Achieve sales targets and KPIs by proactively networking, prospecting new customers, and leveraging repeat business.
    • Maintain proficiency with DMS systems and follow all manufacturer and dealership guidelines.
    • Stay up to date on product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends.
