We are now looking for a dynamic supervisor to join our team and support the running of our Henderson branch.
About the role:
Coaching and mentoring team members to help them develop their skills
Motivating and driving the team to exceed targets
Ensuring policies and procedures are being followed
Upholding an excellent customer experience and ensuring standards are maintained
Maintaining high quality and appropriate quantity levels of stock on site
About you:
Motivated with a can-do attitude
Passionate about people development
Excellent at communicating
Interested in plants
A reasonable level of fitness is required as this role involves heavy lifting
