A fantastic opportunity has become available for a full time Property Manager to join our Mt Albert Property Management team. This exciting role will see you working alongside our Head of Department, managing a small existing portfolio whilst continuing to add property managements.
Duties of this role will include:- Advertising properties to let
- Conducting viewings and inspections, including ingoing, outgoing and routines
- Reviewing applications and preparing documents for signature
- Liaising with owners
- Arranging maintenance as needed
- All aspects of administration required for the department
Our ideal candidate will:- Have great attention to detail
- Be customer focused
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Have the ability to pick up new systems and processes quickly
This is a full time role working Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm, Saturday's required as needed.
