    We're on the hunt for the next Candidate Consultant (interviewer) to join our team, interviewing candidates over the phone.

    Our successful applicant will be approachable, friendly, and dedicated to providing excellent customer service. We interview a wide range of candidates, so you must be confident dealing with those from different backgrounds.

    You will have exceptional written and spoken communication skills, particularly a thorough understanding of grammar and punctuation.

    Attention to detail and the ability to write and edit clearly, concisely, and correctly are critical for success in this role.

    Skills and experience we're looking for:
    • High-volume phone-based customer service experience
    • Qualifications, especially a bachelor's degree in HR/recruitment/business, will be advantageous
    • Fast and accurate typing
    • Great general computer skills and the ability to pick up new systems quickly
    The role:

    This is a full-time (40 hours - five days per week) HR/recruitment opportunity, which is phone-based. We can be flexible with working hours between 9am and 6:30pm. You will be responsible for screening CVs/cover letters, conducting phone interviews, writing interview reports, and providing customer service to job applicants.


    You'll join an established team who likes to have fun, alongside supportive management.
