    • Strong skills in both wood and composite boatbuilding
    • Marine painting experience is a strong advantage
    • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to top-quality workmanship
    • Self-motivated with a high level of initiative
    • Able to work independently and collaboratively
    • Clear and effective communicator
    • Clean, current driver's licence
