This role combines two essential functions:- Measure & Fit Specialist - ensuring the safe, accurate fitting of our industry-leading Body Armour Systems (BAS)
- Sales Support - providing seamless assistance to our sales team and outstanding service to our customers

Key Responsibilities
Measure & Fit (Primary Focus)
You will be the face of Tactical for customers being fitted with Body Armour Systems. This hands-on, customer-facing work includes:- Measuring and fitting customers to exact BAS standards
- Demonstrating and explaining product use
- Entering data into our ERP system
- Organising M&F schedules with customer contacts
- Clarifying product needs before fittings
- Meeting service-level KPIs
- Completing relevant admin tasks to support the process
- Keeping the M&F workspace tidy and presentable to all customers
Sales Support (Secondary Focus)
You'll also be an essential support hub for the wider Sales Team, contributing to excellent service delivery and operational efficiency. Duties include:- Assisting with order processing, quotes and purchase orders
- Managing warranty claims, returns, exchanges and complaints
- Handling inbound sales enquiries and ensuring timely responses
- Liaising with the Warehouse, Finance, and IT teams - assisting with dispatch of customer orders from storeroom, or from other Tactical warehouses as required
- Providing phone/email support to resolve customer queries
- Staying informed about products to confidently field enquiries or refer as needed
- Helping maintain web order flow
- Being a go-to team member, supporting colleagues practically and professionally
What We're Looking For
This is not a traditional sales or account management position - but relationship-building, initiative and customer focus are essential. You'll need:- Strong interpersonal skills with a clear, confident communication style
- High attention to detail and accurate data entry
- A calm, adaptable approach in fast-paced settings
- A self-motivated and collaborative mindset
- Professional presentation and customer-facing experience
- A desire to "own" your work and do what's right
- Excellent organisation and time management
You may come from a background in retail, customer service, healthcare, sales administration - or any role where precision, service and empathy matter. Previous experience in the apparel or uniform markets would be very useful, although specific training in BAS fitting will be provided.
