We have an exciting opportunity for an Auckland based Account & Business Development Manager to join our team. We are looking for someone who is hungry for success, who isn't afraid to get stuck in!

- A diverse role with both Business Development and Account Management duties
Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:- Business growth in New Zealand within the Automotive Dealer space (which includes new Franchise, Pre-owned, Fleet and Brokers)
- Conduct research and arrange business meetings with prospective clients, developing a growth strategy, focussed both on financial gain for the company and customer satisfaction
- Build long standing and successful relationships with key clients
- Adopt solutions for different clients' needs using clear and decisive communication skills
- Arrange the onboarding process and the initial and ongoing training
- Handling of customer complaints, finding solutions, while maintaining a positive relationship between all parties concerned
- Support the aftercare consultants, achieving their targets
Our successful applicant will have:- Proven Sales experience
- Automotive industry experience advantageous, but not essential
- Self motivation and be hungry for success
- Excellent communication/interpersonal skills and be well presented
- The ability to build and maintain long lasting relationships
