The Opportunity
We're looking for a proactive and friendly Receptionist / Sales Support Person to join our North Shore team. This role offers the chance to be the first point of contact for our customers while also working closely with our sales team to support admin and quoting tasks.
This will involve:- Meeting and greeting clients and visitors
- Handling incoming calls and email enquiries
- Supporting sales staff with quotes and customer orders
- Assisting with scheduling and general admin
- Keeping records up to date in our CRM system
- Weekly and monthly statistics - sales and quoting
- Ordering office supplies
- Organising and booking in maintenance and service work
To be considered for this position, you will need to demonstrate:- Previous experience in reception or admin roles
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong computer literacy (Microsoft Office essential)
- Self-motivated, organised and great with people
- Experience in the building or manufacturing industry a bonus
