About the Role:
As Volkswagen Brand Manager, your core responsibility is sales - converting enquiries into vehicle deliveries, achieving targets, and nurturing long-term customer relationships. You'll also ensure the yard and display areas showcase the Volkswagen brand to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities:- Confidently represent the Volkswagen brand and a range of quality used vehicles
- Own the full customer journey - from initial enquiry to post-sale follow-up
- Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive networking and repeat business
- Ensure immaculate vehicle presentation and forecourt standards
- Maintain accurate records through DMS systems and adhere to all guidelines
- Stay up to date with product innovations and promotions
- Availability for Saturday work is essential
What We're Looking For:- Proven success in automotive or high-end retail sales (brand experience advantageous)
- Meticulous attention to detail and a high standard of personal presentation
- A passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience
- Motivation, initiative, and professionalism
- Full, clean driver's licence
