    Your primary responsibility is to ensure the smooth operation of the business for this agent. You will be the backbone, implementing efficient systems to enhance quality and productivity. Your role also involves upholding high standards for both our team and the Bayleys brand.

    Key responsibilities:
    • Efficient Operations:  Overseeing the operational needs and efficiencies of our day-to-day operations
    • Supporting Your Agent:  Preparation of submissions and rural contracts, processing listings, managing lead agent' emails
    • Collaborative Support:  You'll actively engage in team meetings to identify improvement opportunities 
    • Creative Contributions:  Coordinating social media posts and brand marketing
    Experience:
    • Rural Administration:  Minimum of 3 years' rural experience or;
    • Rural Background:  You will either be currently working in the industry or come from a strong rural background 
    • Licensed:  Either have a real estate licence or be prepared to become licensed
    Abilities:
    • Client-Focused:  We value a proactive approach to your work with a strong focus on our clients
    • Attention to Detail:  You are highly attentive to detail with excellent proofreading skills
