Are you looking to step up your sales career? Tree House is growing and we are seeking an experienced Lead Generator to bolster our sales efforts.
This role will be part of the current sales team and primarily focused on telesales. The ideal candidate is personable, resilient, and adaptable in their communication style. Your role will involve engaging clients over the phone, establishing a strong rapport, and igniting curiosity about our courses. What is more important is you are results-driven, positive, professional and genuine.
If you are ambitious and prove to be a star you will also be well placed for the opportunity to pathway into a broader junior sales position and we will support you to develop your skills to expand out your role.
Key Responsibilities:
Researching and identifying new leads within the target market.
Use of our extensive current prospect database.
Timely follow-up of marketing-generated leads.
Outbound calling building rapport and generating quality leads for our Sales Team.
Maintaining accurate and comprehensive records in our CRM system.
Follow-up calls to leads and opportunities.
Knocking the number of training courses booked 'out of the ballpark'.
Requirements:
A proven track record in quality lead generation, ideally with a minimum of 2 years' experience.
Ability to build rapport and create positive working relationships.
An excellent level of oral and written communication.
A drive and passion for exceeding goals and celebrating success.
Able to adjust language to the characteristics and needs of the audience.
A love of a competitive and successful environment.
Experienced in using a CRM system (ideal but not essential)
Experience in security industry (ideal but not essential)

You will be resilient and humbly persuasive.
A clean Police check
