    • We’re looking for an experienced Sales Leader to take the reins of our Mahurangi team - a high-performing, well-established group operating across Warkworth, Matakana, Pt Wells and Omaha.

    This is a senior, strategic leadership role suited to someone who has already led successful sales teams and is ready to make their mark. You’ll be leading a tight-knit, driven group of professionals under the strength of the Bayleys brand, supported by hands-on directors, performance coaching, and a wider high-performing leadership team across 12 offices.

    This is about more than managing sales - it’s about building culture, growing people, and delivering results.

    • Has proven experience leading high-performing sales teams (ideally 5+ years)
    • Brings high EQ, maturity and the ability to motivate and mentor diverse personalities

    • Is passionate about developing others and creating a winning team environment
    • Is confident managing both people and performance, while still being hands-on and approachable
