Due to an exciting and rapid period of growth, Euromarque Christchurch is currently looking for two Vehicle Testing Officers to join our brand new COF / WOF Testing Centre opening at the beginning of October this year.
Our ideal candidates will be qualified WOF and COF Inspectors however we're also keen to hear from experienced WOF Inspectors who are willing to undergo training to become COF approved.
You'll be responsible for:- Carrying out Warrant of Fitness and Certificate of Fitness inspections
- Conversing with customers.
- Carrying out minor repairs.
- Assisting with investigating customer issues if required
- Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Assisting with electronic bookings, phone enquiries, basic invoicing, payments & receipting.
We're looking for:- Currently holds Warrant of Fitness authority
- Physically fit with a clean driving record
- Passionate about all things automotive
- Excellent customer service and communication skills; making technical terms easy to understand for customers
- Comfortable with learning new technology, systems and processes when required
