Key Responsibilities:- Manage team schedules, property listings, and communications
- Coordinate appraisals, campaigns, open homes, and settlements
- Prepare documentation, vendor reports, and marketing materials
- Liaise with buyers, sellers, solicitors, and service providers
- Oversee marketing tasks, database updates, and invoice processing
- Maintain digital filing systems and handle confidential information
What We're Looking For:- Previous experience in real estate, either in sales or administration
- Highly organised, detail-focused, and proactive
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Able to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment
- Confident, adaptable, and solution-oriented
- Social media savvy and digitally competent
- Professional presentation and strong work ethic
- Driver's license and reliable vehicle essential
