An exciting role has opened in our team for a Storeperson at Dimension Shopfitters. This opportunity is not just an everyday Storeperson role… so keep reading to find out more!
Our Head Office, Factory and Warehouse are in Albany, where our Joinery team create shop fitouts for NZ businesses and international brands. Our Logistics team are responsible for picking, checking, wrapping, and delivering these items to site, where our Shopfitters transform empty spaces into amazing retail locations.
Our Storeperson is part of the Logistics team and responsible for the management of all our consumable goods, inwards goods and helping with an efficient factory delivery system. This includes procuring our consumables and stock and keeping them at optimal levels using our inventory software.
Along with these tasks you would also:- Be one of our fork hoist drivers
- Assist our CNC Operator when required
- Assist with waste management
- Assist with local deliveries (Class 2 licence training provided if needed).
You'll be a good fit for this role if you have:- Ability to take ownership of your area and role
- A good level of physical fitness appropriate for loading and unloading trucks
- A current full NZ Driver Licence
- Experience operating a fork hoist
- Some computer literacy
- Previous warehousing experience is preferred but not essential.
