Key responsibilities include:- Acquisition and retention of retail and small business customers to Buddy Financial Advisors Limited.
- Assess customer eligibility to obtain bank facilities for a property purchase/refinance/restructure etc.
- Present and explain mortgage options to customers.
- Business Development - Enhancing your existing relationships and creating new ones who will refer you mortgage business. Undertake networking and marketing initiatives to enhance your brand and build your profile
- Develop and service existing customer relationships.
- Actively seeking out insurance opportunities (Fire and General plus Life and Health) then referring these customers onto Buddy Insurance Financial Advisers or if applicable providing quotations and closing sales independently.
- Liaise with our comprehensive panel of bank and non-bank mortgage lenders to provide clients with a funding solution that is appropriate to them.
- Liaise with other parties, (eg lawyers, valuers and real estate agents).
- Meet requirements pursuant to always maintaining compliance and meeting regulation.
- Data entry, client services, and credit writing duties as required.
If you're self motivated, passionate, and tech savvy - you'll fit right in here. The successful candidates will need to complete the NZ Certificate in Financial Services (Level 5) - version 2 or 3 in Core Knowledge Strand and Residential Property Lending Strand if you do not already hold those qualifications.
