    We are a local appliance repair business that offers high-quality services for a variety of household appliances. We are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join our growing team in New Plymouth and help us provide exceptional service to our clients.

    This is a part time opportunity working Monday to Friday, school hours with the flexibility to cover staff leave and sickness as needed.

    You will be responsible for:
    • Answering phone calls and emails from customers and scheduling appointments
    • Providing quotes and invoices for appliance repair services
    • Coordinating with technicians and suppliers to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
    • Maintaining accurate records of customer information, service orders, and payments
    • Handling customer complaints and feedback in a professional and courteous manner
    • Performing other administrative tasks as needed
    To be successful in this role, you will need:
    • Previous experience in customer service, administration, or appliance repair
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
    • Knowledge of appliance repair terminology and procedures or mechanical aptitude would be a strong advantage
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
    • A friendly and positive attitude
