Are you an experienced Window Treatments Specialist with a proven track record in sales and business development? Comber and Comber Interiors, a leading name in premium interior solutions, is seeking a talented professional to join our Drape It Team.
Position: Window Treatments Specialist
Location: 309 Cashel St, Central City, Christchurch
Hours: Part-time with potential to transition to full-time based on business growth if desired

Key Responsibilities:- Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend tailored window treatment solutions.
- Drive sales through effective client engagement, follow-ups, and relationship building.
- Leverage your business development skills to identify new opportunities and grow our client base.
- Collaborate with the wider Design and Retail Team to ensure seamless project delivery from consultation to installation.
- Stay updated on industry trends, fabrics, and window treatment technologies to provide expert advice.
What We're Looking For:- Proven experience as a window treatments specialist, with expertise in drapes, blinds, shades, shutters and similar products.
- Proven strong sales and business development skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build lasting client relationships.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Knowledge of interior design trends and fabrics is a plus.
- Valid driver's license
