    About the Role

    As our Receptionist, you'll be the first point of contact for clients, suppliers, and visitors. You'll play a key role in creating a welcoming environment while supporting the day-to-day operations of our office. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in their organisational skills, and thrives in a team environment.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Greet clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
    • Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails
    • Schedule jobs and manage calendars for electricians
    • Assist with job invoicing, and data entry using job management software
    • Maintain office supplies and ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable
    • Support the admin and operations team with general office duties
    • Support our Service team with parts ordering and formulating quotations
    What we're looking for:
    • Previous experience in a receptionist, customer service, or administrative role
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
    • Confident using Microsoft Office and job management systems - AroFlo
    • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
    • A positive attitude and willingness to learn
    • NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa
