    Key duties will include:
    • Develop, organize and maintain filing systems, both physical and digital
    • Order office supplies and ensure adequate stock levels
    • Schedule jobs, meetings, appointments and maintain calendars
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and regulations
    • Implement and improve office procedures to increase efficiency
    • Assist with onboarding and training of new staff
    • General administration - including preparing quotes / invoicing
    • Liaising / supporting contractors and clients to ensure smooth performance of jobs (may include travel - driver's licence required)
    • Ensuring all motor vehicles are up to date and booking of all services, WOF's, COF's etc
    • Leading team meetings (Weekly)
    Our successful candidate will need to demonstrate:
    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and MS Teams
    • Strong data entry skills with excellent attention to detail
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Manage time effectively
    • Prior experience in a similar administrative role is preferred
    • An eye for detail and a high level of accuracy
    • Great interpersonal skills
    • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
    • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • An energetic and positive can-do attitude, willing to assist where needed
    • Full Drivers Licence
