At Fleetline, we're a diversified automotive and fibreglass retailing and supply business. Our origins can be traced back over 25 years employing over 70 team members with partners spread across NZ.
We require a self motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team, based in Henderson.
In this role you will be required to assist with:- Processing of customer orders/data entry
- Solving customer technical queries
- Providing quotations to customers
- Greeting and welcoming visitors at reception
The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:- Experience in a customer service environment would be a distinct advantage
- Good problem-solving skills
- Sharp and well- honed computer skills with the ability to pick up new programs quickly
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Ability to multitask, plan and prioritise work
- A proven high level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Energetic, enthusiastic and committed to providing excellent customer service
- Basic vehicle technical knowledge
- Confident with customer sales and providing excellent service
- Current Full or Restricted driver's licence (manual an advantage)
