What We're Looking For:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Joiner with installation experience to bring their talents to our Cromwell team. You'll be using your skills to create beautiful household joinery while working in a supportive and upbeat atmosphere.
Your Day-to-Day:- Master quality control techniques (because we're all about that perfection!)
- Get hands-on with tools and materials to bring projects to life
- Communicate like a pro - teamwork makes the dream work!
- Jump in with any additional tasks to keep the workflow smooth
- Inspect materials to ensure they meet our high standards
- Dive into both solo and team projects
- Follow safety guidelines to keep everyone in tip-top shape
- Read plans like a seasoned pro
- Load, deliver, and install joinery with flair
- Tackle other fun duties as assigned by the team
What You'll Bring:- At least 3 years of relevant experience
- A solid level of physical fitness (we lift things, a lot!)
- Practical problem-solving skills and a positive attitude
- The ability to meet deadlines and stay organised
- An eye for detail - perfection is key!
