    The position will involve the administration and coordination of the maintenance and breakdown jobs for the Servicing department. This will include the scheduling of jobs and coordinating with our electricians, outside contractors and clients. This is a very challenging role and has a variety of required skills.

    The primary functions in this position will be:
    • Answering phones for the Servicing Department
    • Monitoring & dealing with the Servicing Department e-mails
    • Creating jobs & leads
    • Job scheduling, coordinating electricians & meeting KPIs.
    • Updating customers & customer portals
    • Organising recurring maintenance jobs
    • Admin tasks such as Staff uniforms, inductions, call out roster etc
    The ideal person will bring to this role:
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
    • Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask
    • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
    • Proactive and able to work independently while also being part of a team
    • Ability to work under pressure, problem solve, and meet tight deadlines and KPI's
    • A positive and cheerful demeanour
    • Experience with SimPRO would be advantageous
    • Previous experience in a similar administrative role
