    Right now, we're on the lookout for a proactive, friendly Internal Customer Services Star to join our team and keep our customers smiling. You'll be the first point of contact for our clients, making sure they get the support they need - and always with a can-do attitude.

    ABOUT THE ROLE:

    This new role is all about making things happen for our customers and keeping things humming along.

    You'll be:
    • Responding to customer enquiries with speed and accuracy - phone, email, or however they reach out.
    • Quoting - getting the right prices to customers and helping them make informed decisions.
    • Processing orders like a pro, ensuring every detail is spot-on.
    • Following up on deliveries and making sure everything gets where it needs to be, on time.
    • Working with our sales, warehouse, and logistics teams to keep things moving smoothly.
    • Building and maintaining customer relationships.
    ABOUT YOU:

    We're after someone who:
    • Has experience in a customer service or sales support role (ideally in a technical, B2B environment).
    • Communicates clearly and confidently - you'll be the voice of ICS to our customers.
    • Has a keen eye for detail and can juggle multiple tasks without missing a beat.
    • Knows their way around Microsoft Office and order management systems.
    • Has a positive, solutions-focused attitude - no problem is too big!
    • Bonus points if you know a thing or two about cables, conduit, or the electrical industry.
