Due to continued growth, Floorpride is seeking an experienced Flooring Sales Consultant to join our team.
Specialising in residential new builds and renovations, we are looking for a professional who is passionate about customer service, thrives in a team environment, and brings a proactive, solutions-focused approach to sales.
With over 25 years in business, Floorpride has built a reputation for long-standing, positive relationships with our clients. Our success is driven by our commitment to quality, attention to detail, and a customer-centric philosophy.
We have a strong team of 11 in-house installers, supported by a carefully selected group of independent contractors who share our values and high standards. As part of our growing team, you'll enjoy working in a supportive environment where your experience and initiative are valued.
What we're looking for:- Proven experience in flooring sales or similar industry
- Strong knowledge of residential new builds and renovation projects
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A collaborative team player with a customer-first mindset
- Professional, organised, and self-motivated
Hours are Monday - Friday with rostered Saturdays (approx. 1 in 5).
