PhotoLife Studios is NZ's Leading School Photography Company which specialises in school class and portrait photography, student ID cards and sports club photography.
We currently have a vacancy for a School Photographer working throughout the wider Auckland region.
Every day you will be at a different school setting up and photographing School Students individually and / or Class Groups; Sports Teams; Music & Cultural Groups. Photography knowledge is a distinct advantage, however full training will be given.
Our photography team are PhotoLife's representatives in schools and as a team member you are expected to make the day a success and ensure the school and students have enjoyed photo day. This means that the personality fit is critical to success in this role (and of course experience working with children would be viewed favourably).
The following are essential skills for this position:
Outstanding people skills to work with people from all backgrounds
Excellent sense of humour to deal with varied and tough situations
Ability to focus and work under pressure to critical deadlines
Good level of fitness, this is an active role and does involve some lifting
Efficient, conscientious approach to your work
High standard of grooming and time management skills
Sense of Pride and attention to detail to your work
This is a full-time salaried position that occasionally requires weekend/evening work which is compensated with time off during school holidays.
On successful completion of training period a fully maintained company vehicle, company uniform and all equipment will be provided.
