Now, as we continue to grow, we're looking for a Project Coordinator and Internal Sales Manager to join our team and help take our internal sales operations to the next level.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
This role is all about keeping things moving and making sure our customers get what they need, when they need it.
You'll be:- Leading our internal sales team, mentoring and supporting them to do their best work.
- Managing orders and workflow, making sure everything runs smoothly from quote to dispatch.
- Preparing and pricing quotes for large and complex projects (we're talking big jobs, so attention to detail is key).
- Liaising with customers, keeping them updated on timelines, progress, and any challenges that pop up.
- Provide expertise in tendering, helping BDMs identify and secure commercial Electrical projects.
- Analyse tender documents, ensuring compliance with project requirements.
- Assist in preparing and submitting bids, including pricing, product specifications, and project timelines.
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the Electrical wholesale and construction industry.
- Working closely with our Sales Manager and key people to keep things efficient and running like a well-oiled machine.
- Looking for ways to improve whether it's refining processes, making things more efficient, or finding better ways to serve our customers.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We're after someone who's been in the game for a while and knows how to manage internal sales and projects. Ideally, you'll have:- At least 5 years' experience in internal sales and project management (bonus points if it's in electrical or cable supply).
- Proven leadership skills - you know how to bring out the best in a team.
- A strong grasp of pricing, quoting, and managing large orders.
- The ability to juggle multiple projects without dropping the ball.
- Excellent communication skills - whether it's dealing with customers, suppliers, or the team.
- The ability to stay cool under pressure and tackle challenges head-on.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other sales-related software.
- A keen eye for detail and accuracy - because the little things matter.
