    We're on the hunt for a Lead HubSpot Marketing Consultant to join our team. While this position is based in our Takapuna office, we do also have offices based in Sydney, Australia, and are open to candidates currently living in Sydney.

    ABOUT YOU

    We're looking for a HubSpot expert who thrives at the intersection of strategy, technology, and execution. You'll bring energy, clarity, and confidence to every client interaction, and you love making complex systems feel simple and impactful. You're motivated by real results, and you're always looking for ways to optimise, refine, and grow.

    You'll thrive in this role if you:
    • Have 3+ years of hands-on experience with HubSpot, particularly across the Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs
    • Are a natural communicator who can translate technical concepts into clear, actionable insights
    • Have proven experience developing lifecycle campaigns, lead nurturing, and analytics tracking
    • Demonstrate a strong understanding of marketing operations, automation, and performance measurement
    • Have experience managing projects and working across teams using PM tools like Monday.com and Rocketlane
    • Excel in fast-paced, client-facing environments and enjoy working across multiple projects
    • Are proactive, organised, and comfortable owning end-to-end project delivery
    • Have a growth mindset and are always looking for smarter, faster, better ways to do things
    • Care deeply about customer success and building long-term client relationships
    ABOUT THE ROLE

    This is an exciting and varied role within our business. Responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:
    • Client Strategy & Engagement
      - Lead onboarding and implementation projects across multiple Hubs, with a focus on marketing success
      - Run collaborative workshops to uncover business goals, sales processes, and customer journeys
      - Act as the primary client contact, owning relationships through regular WIP calls and project reviews
      - Guide clients through change with clarity, confidence, and hands-on support
    • HubSpot Implementation & Execution
      - Design and configure HubSpot systems that connect marketing with sales and service functions
      - Set up workflows, automation, lead scoring, forms, and lifecycle tracking for measurable impact
      - Create seamless marketing-to-sales handoffs and campaign execution that converts
      - Collaborate on campaign delivery using HubSpot's full suite of tools
    • Project Leadership
      - Own the success of your projects - keep timelines on track, scopes aligned, and blockers visible
      - Ensure delivery is smooth and structured using tools like ClickUp or Asana
      - Support clients through process change and adoption with clear documentation and training
    • Optimisation & Growth
      - Continuously review client performance and identify areas to improve efficiency and conversion
      - Contribute feedback to improve our internal frameworks, playbooks, and delivery models
      - Champion data-driven thinking, always testing and refining your work
