What You'll Be Doing:
Outbound Calling: Reach out to potential clients and engage them with our training solutions
Sales Conversion: Close sales confidently, meeting and exceeding revenue targets
Relationship Building: Develop long-term client relationships through clear communication and needs-based selling
Use Proven Systems: Follow our structured sales process to maximise success
CRM Management: Accurately record all sales activities and client interactions
What You Bring to the Table:
Proven Sales Experience: You've worked in telesales or phone-based customer roles and have hit sales targets before
Top-Tier Communication: You know how to build rapport quickly and ask the right questions to understand client needs
Driven by Results: You're motivated, goal-oriented, and hungry to succeed
Organised and Reliable: You stay on top of follow-ups and keep your CRM data clean and up to date
Independent but Collaborative: You can work autonomously while staying connected to a remote team
Tech Confident: You're comfortable with digital tools and using systems to track your performance
