We don't just lead the market - we're transforming it, and we're looking for a high-performing Business Development Manager to help take us to the next level across the upper South Island.
About the role:
This is your opportunity to own a region, develop key partnerships, and drive meaningful, measurable growth. Based in Christchurch and covering the upper South Island, you'll be the face of our brand to new clients - supported by a team that's in it for the long haul.
We are looking for:
A proven sales professional with the energy and experience to drive results
A true hunter, skilled in generating leads, building pipelines, and closing deals
Strategic and commercially savvy, with a talent for crafting tailored proposals
A natural relationship builder who thrives on winning trust and delivering value
Self-motivated and fast-moving, yet highly collaborative and team-oriented
Able to manage your own territory with a focus on outcomes
Ideally, experienced in training, health & safety, or the transport sector (a bonus, but not essential)
