    • With Electric Ferries being launched this year and another new build about to commence, come join our growing team meeting the needs of the commercial and recreational sectors of the marine industry in New Zealand.

    We require Team Leaders or experienced Tradesman looking for a new challenge for our Aluminium and Composite new build projects and our service / refit programs.

    Functions and Responsibilities:
    • Aluminium and/or Composite Fabrication
    • Follow instructions as directed by team leader
    • Work with team leader to achieve targets and budgets
    • Complete tasks in accordance with company procedures
    • Meet health and safety obligations in the workplace
    Applicants should:
    • Have a good understanding of Aluminium and/or Composite boat construction.
    • Be self-motivated and have a high standard of workmanship.
    • Work well in a team environment.
    • Be competent in understanding plans and specifications.
    • Have good communication skills in both spoken and written English.
    • Have an NZQA Level 4 qualification or equivalent in Aluminium and/or Composite Boat building, or minimum 5 to 10 years relevant work experience.
    • Currently reside in New Zealand and have NZ citizenship, residency, or a valid NZ work visa.
