    At Odyssey House Trust Christchurch, we've been walking alongside tāne (men) on their recovery journeys for over 40 years. Our purpose-built residential facility in Burnside is home to up to 24 residents, creating a unique therapeutic community where healing happens every day.

    We're looking for a clinician who brings heart, skill, and a deep understanding of trauma-informed practice to join our dedicated team.

    What You'll Do:
    • Facilitate engaging, therapeutic group sessions that support healing and growth.
    • Build strong, respectful relationships with residents as part of their treatment journey.
    • Develop and implement individualised treatment plans for your caseload.
    • Contribute to a dynamic programme that values innovation and creativity.
    • Be a role model of our core values: trust, respect, and integrity.
    • Manage clinical documentation and contribute to service development.
    What You'll Bring:
    • Registration as a mental health professional, social worker, or similar.
    • Experience working in addiction, mental health, or trauma-informed settings.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with diverse individuals.
    • A flexible, team-oriented approach and willingness to be part of our on-call roster.
    • A genuine passion for supporting people affected by trauma and addiction.
